Well, we have "Curious Centers" and now "Missing Middles"  Insert a three or four letter word in the blanks to complete these clues. Some answers have more than one possible solution. You can solve all for the clue or give a partial answer. 3 Letters:-1. b---d (3) -2. h---m -3. h---y (3) -4. h---t -5. t---d -6. f---t (2) -7. r---n 4 Letters:-8. s----t (3) -9. g----y (2) -10. c----t (3) -11. a----n -12. h----n -13. g----l (2) -14. b----r -15. d----y (2) -16. l----t -17. p----l -18. p----e -19. a----d -20. l----r

I think 14 may have a few more possibilities: bANTEr, bRACEr, bEAVEr, bOOZEr, bROKEr and even (per Urban Dictionary) bADGEr, bEAKEr...
