One pound of dry spaghetti is one of the 'small' packages. Look on the cellophane wrapper and it will tell you how much is in the package.

It should say on the jar or parsley how much dry equals fresh parsley. I can't remember for sure, but maybe it's 1 tsp dry equals 1 Tablespoon fresh?? And yes, what Sorta said - look on the spaghetti package - it will tell you.
