Make sure viewing of hidden files is enabled
https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/show-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-vista/Locate the game exe in the game folder. Since it's a hidden file, it will look sort of transparent.
Right-click the game exe and choose Send To Desktop (create shortcut).
Right-click the shortcut, then Run As Administrator.
If the game is able to save after that, you can run it that way.
Since the shortcuts Big Fish creates point to the Game Manager and not directly to the game exe, modifying the shortcut Big Fish creates doesn't seem to work. At least it hasn't for me. But if I create a shortcut directly to the game exe I can usually get results when a game won't save.
You can also modify the shortcut to always Run the game exe as Administrator --
Right-click the shortcut
Choose Properties
Choose Compatibility tab
Check checkbox for Run as Administrator
OK and exit.
