I think dinner may be just about okay as an anagram indicator, but not the "part of sumptuous" element of the clue (too vague); however, I defer to the pasta masta.

Letters to be anagrammed must be clearly defined, not just a random selection from within a word. And "dinner" is not an anagram indicator.
