I don't really understand what you are saying, but if the game has collectibles, then you will see them in the game - if it does not, then you won't. I have never heard of anyone not being able to get them if they are there.

I am not sure. I think I have seen reports before of a strategy guide not showing up in the demo, but I also know of folks saying that sometimes you only see the first two chapters or something like that.

Did you check in the Big Fish Forums for these games for technical issues? If the problem you're having isn't an identified technical issue, there's not anything Big Fish can do about it.

Demo games do not always have all the bells and whistles that a full game will. It's not a glitch, it isn't anything they can help you with, it's designed that way to let you play the demo to see if it plays on your computer and to see if you like the general premise of the game and then purchase it to unlock all the features.
