This may be a question for BFG but I know you guys will know the answer. At one time I thought it was possible to click on a link in PC games to view all games in a series. Did this go away or am I missing it somehow?

Sure does my10, however it doesn't appear to be very accurate. In mine it shows only 9 Hidden Expedition games and I believe there are 16.
I thought maybe the alpha list because Cue wrote "in PC Games". I know that I used to look at a list that is no longer there but I found I can see it as I described above. So, I thought that might be it.

Thanks, everyone.
Maybe I'm remembering the Game Manager display then. I'll have to look at it and see if that's what I recall.

While we're commenting on Big Fish practices, I have noticed that the in-house game recommendation system could use serious overhaul. Yesterday, the box said that based on my interest in "Stolen Runes: Portal of Evil" I might like three particular games.
Hmm, good, I thought because "Portal of Evil: Stolen Runes" is a terrific game. I should remember to add it in the favorites thread, and I most certainly would like to find more like it.
Only, no. The recommendations were clearly obtained via a crude method that confuses the impetus behind buying a casual game with being either overly literal or simple-minded and used the word "evil" in a title to describe what I'm looking for in a game. Not story line. Not graphic style. Not developer. Not whether there are live actors, something I do like a lot. Not puzzle types. Nope, just the word "evil." First of all, that assumption is so obviously unintentionally insulting to my principles that it's actually quite funny, on the order of, "You like evil? Here, try these." Second, the recommendation based on a word in the title conflates that title with the qualities a buyer likes in a game. That fact screams marketing laziness.
Remember several years ago when the 16 year-old boy got a million dollars from Netflix for his recommendation system?
BFG won't do that, of course. It does need to examine how to make recommendations that are not ludicrous 95% of the time. I think I have purchased games based on BFG's suggestions maybe twice.
Using developer and lead designer not a BFG employee as benchmarks would be a reasonable start and save me time googling names in HOPA credits.

Okay, I've honestly never noticed any recommendations on Big Fish at all. Where do you see this?
Oh, under "games you'll love" in the game manager? I never really open or look at the game manager unless I'm trying to download and install a game.

I think the recommendations come up on the separate BFG screen that appears after I close out of a game which I entered through the "My Games" selection. The recs are along the bottom.

The screen with recommendations came up for me this morning on the bottom right of the BFG screen, Stolen Runes: Portal of Evil again. This time I noticed that the collector's edition for the same game was one of the suggestions. Pretty silly. I don't think I've bought different versions of the same game except carelessly. I only mentioned the recommendations at all because I would like to take advantage of BFG's system if it worked better.

So I looked at the Game Manager last night and agree that this is where I saw the game series functionality. To stir up the memory cells a bit I looked at Dark Parables and it told me that I had 5/13 games installed. I actually have 12/13 installed but all of them aren't on the same drive so that could be why there's a count difference. Anyway, thanks for all the help. The BFG game recommendations work for me sometimes but not that often. Of course the Netflix recommendations are ridiculous too. "Because you watched "Planet Earth" (a nature documentary) they offer "Voltron: Legendary Defender" (anime about a robot)". I also hate the way Netflix took away the ability to exclude programming on your profile (other than the rating). While I'm at it, I hate their new "compatibility" rating system. Bring back the star ratings!
