I am in the hospital finding clothes for the junk dealer. I just need one more shoe but I cant find it! The game is blinking the wheelchair but I've been all overt it and still can't find it. Can someone give a clue?

I think you need to do something with the wheelchair back. THere are red dotted lines around it.

I'm still struggling with finding the second boot in the hospital. Anna showed me where to go but it's still a no go. Can anyone else help me?

Can you use the Plazmatron on the wheelchair? According to a walkthrough I just looked at, that is how you find the second boot.
