They're terrible. Loaded with sugar, bad for your health, bad for your weight, and bad for your teeth.

All sodas like Coke, Pepsi etc. are bad for you for the reasons Marian says. And diet soda is just as bad.

i still have a diet coke but i drink it more during the winter time. every once in a while i get thirsty for one and will get one. i also buy cream soda which i drink with my pecan pie moonshine. and a peach soda i drink. basically this is where i get my sugar from if i don't have anything sweet around the house to eat

MMM Peach soda sounds good. I've never seen that.

There are a lot of things that aren't particularly good for you. Imo, doesn't mean you can't enjoy a Coke once in a while. Won't kill you. Everything in moderation.
