I moved your post over to Adventure Game Discussions.

Are you thinking of The Omega Stone?

It sounds like you're talking about "Riddle of the Sphinx."
"Cleopatra: Riddle of the Tomb" is a different game.

As Marian suggested, "The Omega Stone" is the game Omni Creative made after "Riddle of the Sphinx."
Unlike "Riddle of the Sphinx," "The Omega Stone" took place in several areas, including Egypt, Easter Island, Chichen Itza, Stonehenge, etc.
The Chichen Itza area would be Mayan.
