Hi,
I finished today Resident Evil 4 HD on level Normal with 42 total hours used. I am quite proud of myself having not used hints from any written or video walkthrough available. Sometimes I died a dozen times or more before beating the hardest bosses.
The number and level of threat of opponents grew guite rapidly from the very beginning and ammunition and healing herbs were sparse. I tried to visit every place and room to collect everything. That helped to buy new gear and upgrade existing.
I like survival horror games and how you must keep your head calm and not give into rushing wild here and there, that's just a quick way to die. Still I wish there were more games allowing you to choose more freely between stealth and battle.
Right now I'm quite exhausted but I see there are 3 extras in the menu after finishing the main game. What I've read is that Assignment Ada is quite short episode but Separate Ways has length of almost a full game with current standards. The Mercenaries sounds like a slaughterhouse for which I show little or no interest at all. How did you find the other two extras? Do they bring anything new to the story and gameplay and are worth to play?
