None of this makes any sense, so not sure what you are asking!! 150 something and 141 something doesn't tell us anything.

The only way to free up space is to UNINSTALL programs and games. Do not DELETE. Uninstall them.
You also seem to have a recovery image which may be taking up a lot of space. Do you know where that came from? It's a very good thing to have a recovery image in case your computer ever croaks. But it should be stored on an exterior drive or disk, not on your C drive.
Do you use Dropbox? That is a sharing program that comes on a lot of new computers. If you don't use it, you could uninstall it.
Got no idea what the dog thing is...
File explorer is not a program, but a part of Windows. DVDRW is obviously your DVD drive.

So I don't understand why you feel the need to delete everything when you're only using 5% of your drive. And what Draclvr said is correct. If you simply deleted program or game folders instead of uninstalling them, you've fouled up your registry and may need to reinstall Windows if you ever want to use any of the programs you "deleted."

Right click that recovery file and select properties... see how big it is.

used space 14457483264bytes-134gb, free space 1967407104bytes-183, capacity16424890368bytes-152gb, and the capacity 982186455040bytes-914gb, on window c. It sounds like you have a restore partition that is 183gb in size. You can back it up on an external drive (making a 2nd copy), but I would not remove it from the hard drive. It's a lot quicker and easier to use the restore partition if you have to reinstall Windows. 134gb is way too large for a DVD, or even a Blu-Ray. You'll need a 2nd hard drive if you want to back up that restore partition. If you have 152gb used out of a 914gb total space on C: then you have 762gb free on the C: partition, which is plenty of free space. You don't need to be trying to make more space. But if you do decide you want to uninstall any programs, don't just delete folders because that will leave garbage in the Windows registry. Uninstall the programs instead. If you have Windows 10, there are instructions for uninstalling programs here https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/uninstall-programs-windows-10

OK... that makes much more sense than your first post that you only had 150GB free. As Jenny said, you are just fine. I agree that that restore partition should stay just like it is.
