does this game work on window 8, it clear my progress. on the second one how do you pay the staff after level 3, last time, before i started over, they were upset with their pay.

All I can tell you is that the download pages say the games support Windows 8.

Do you mean it doesn't save properly when you exit the game?
Sometimes playing as Administrator fixes that.
Right-click the game exe and choose "Run As Administrator" from the context menu.

i did system restore trying to play the games i cannot get in to and reboot, it froze a little and ask me to sign my name, and my staff in the second game are coming in with red pay statement before i start over.
