The Adventures of Nick and Willikins is a free game. I got it on Steam. The rave review on Just Adventure gave an A- rating and said the length was around three hours. It's already taken me longer than that because I can't figure out how to get into the Hedge Maze of Doom.
The game is heavy on amusing dialogue; for us American philistines that's "dialogue" with a "ue" obviously. Do try to keep up. Thanks ever so.
I'm relishing this little gem almost as much as Unforeseen Incidents.
ETA: If someone had asked me if Wodehouse's Jeeves and Bertie Wooster set up could be updated effectively and hilariously, I would have said no and been both skeptical and wrong.

No, I haven't. I didn't know there were any. I thought only podcasts. What are the titles of these treasures?

Thanks, everyone. Turns out I have played two other extraordinary games from Pinhead. Those are the Nick Bounty games. I was moaning for more Nick and Willikins. I want to know what happened to the other Willikins, the one the fiendishly clever PC Willikins wanted to get rid of all along. Maybe one of the podcasts will tell me. Also, what happened to the bearer bonds?

I've played Nick Bounty games and more recently Forever Space. Is this a different Nick?

Yes, this is a different Nick. Think of Bertie Wooster who was born to careless privilege but updated, younger, and arriving in the world a century or so later. While I had never heard of Nick and Willikins, they are apparently well developed comic characters in a long running series of podcasts. I would have paid money for this one. Playing was like finding an short, engaging book hidden away on a shelf.
ETA: Discovering Nick and Willikins reminds me a little of the first time I saw Monty Python.
