Family, Have you considered taking cooking classes? You will find them quite helpful as they will answer a lot of your questions. And instead of asking questions here you will be the one providing the answers. 😉

A lot of these classes are just learning classes... no testing required. You just go to learn. Sometimes they are just for a day and are really fun and informative. Most do cost something though. Do a Google search for cooking classes in your city and see what comes up! I think it's a great idea!
