he did eat it, and it was his, mine is in the freezer, my husband did not want to carry the crock pot bowl, too big, so we put it in 2 tupperware, 1 for him, the other for me.

it was good i had some today and froze the leftovers, and i enjoy it, iu just need to figure out how to make the italian roll soft.

Italian bread is not usually soft. But if you put a roll in the microwave for about 10 seconds, it will get soft. But you have to eat it right away.

thats what im mking I put the potatoes in at the last 1/2 hour .... thats the way I eat it no mushy but a little together try it see if it works for you ok smile
