I know I'm excited. Saturday and Sunday are supposed to be partly cloudy. That means it's going to be partly sunny.


After sitting here all day watching it rain that's going to be a very welcome sight.


I'm also ready to do some head hunting.


I plan on going out to the sod farm Sunday also. I can get back early enough for football.

Race day today and my feet are killing me! I walked 11 miles at work yesterday to end the week. That is a couple more than usual. I feel it!

Hey Ana...my normal Saturday is unfolding...the buddies let me sleep in and then we hit the road to the park. I expected some folks as it was 8:30 by then...There was no one there...And for the first 10 minutes or so there were no sounds other than birds and a faint breeze that I imagine Robin Hood heard walking in Sherwood Forest back in his day before noise pollution. No cars No trucks No motorcycles No barking dogs No lawn mowers No planes Just the four of us...It was marvelous! Headed out shortly to drop off recycles, get car tire checked, pick-up some scripts, do some grocery shopping listen to my tunes and then home for some gaming. Have some in-game content to help L4L get

Off to recycles, chores and projects

So far I think these renters are going to be awesome! Time will tell. They are officially in the house with the keys (after paying me the first month and security). Supposed to be over sometime today to do little stuff. Then moving for the next few months out of a huge mobile home in a nearby park and then selling that. Space rent is $1300! Yikes! That's really high. But everything is high around here. So for a few months until they sell, they will be paying almost double rent here and there. They don't seem concerned. Plenty of hard earned retirement stuff coming in so they are OK on living expenses.

Can hardly wait to have people in the empty house. I'm soooo done with keeping track of it each day.

AND someone again STOLE my ad and posted it on another site I never went to and listed it for HALF of the price and in 2 days I've had 6 families come over to see it. Sad. I've had to apologize for the nasty people scamming them and give them tips on where to find other places, and school them on the facts of life that in this area, NOTHING goes for less than $1700 a month for a 2 bedroom house. I mean nothing. Even the apartments are that or higher. Ugh! We have such a high cost of living here to compensate for the gorgeous weather, etc. I'm happy.
