why are nonmembers paying $19.99.

That's the price for non-members, which can provide an incentive to become a Game Club member. However, I have noticed that an awful lot of the good sales now are for non-members as well as Club members, so I imagine that most of the non-members just wait for one of those sales - and they certainly don't have to wait very long. The sales are very frequent, which is lucky for all of us.

I never pay more than $6.99 for a CE as a non-member.

You need to watch for the sales family, buy them when they are 60 and 65 % off... you can save money then and not pay full price.

winfrey they got a sale going on now, by the buy now is 30%, and ce are $9.99, se are $4.99. and the last game i brought was by 9:20pm. big fish sale is for members, not nonmembers, i already email big fish.

Some sales are for members and some are for non-members. You just have to watch what it says. They have the 60% and 65% sales quite frequently for non-members. You usually have to enter a code at the bottom before you complete your order and check out.

The sale right now is 50% off retail. The CE code is FALL and the SE code is FUN. If you don't enter the code, you will not get the discount.

All the sale variations can be confusing. Best pricing overall is the ones for members. For me, it's worth the monthly membership fee of $6.99 since you get a credit toward a purchase in exchange.

I doubt you'll get a refund or coupon codes from Big Fish since it was your mistake. It's not the same as buying sometjhing in the store. In the future, you might want to have someone help you when you decide to make a purchase on Big Fish. Just take your time before placing your order so you know what you'll be paying. Sorry this happened.

Yes, I made that mistake once also, forgot to put the code in. I emailed them and was promptly given credit and game codes for each game. I actually made out on that deal, but am much more careful now about putting the code in and checking the price before finalizing the purchase.
