Joe, you should check into a Spoonk Mat. I've had mine for years now and I lay on it a half hour a night at bedtime when I watch TV in bed. It will get the kinks out of your back and prevent injuries by increasing blood flow. I love it!
Congrats on your find!

Hallelujah, it's Sunday Funday!

Have a an awesome one all!

soot, stick with the original if you do get one. The brand Spoonk. Lots of imposters of the original! Between that and Magnesium oil spray, I can maintain my soreness of walking 9 miles a day being dragged and pulled by dogs with no leash manners.

There's still 8 minutes in the morning, so good morning everyboomie. wave2

I've been to the car wash, the park, and Walmart this morning, and walked Missy around the block too. thumbsup

Getting ready for some football, although none of my teams are playing today. Dallas has a bye, and Houston played Thursday night. yes

It's a gorgeous day here, and almost a crime to spend it indoors. pumpkin

Ana I've never heard of the Spoonk mat, but I looked at them and I think they might be able to give me some relief. Thanks for the suggestion. hearts

Soot I hope you guys have a great trip, and a safe one. wink

Enjoy your Sunday everyone. urock
