Does anyone remember hearing me say I hate mazes? Well, I've found one I hate more than ever. Ugh. Arrgh! Blech!
I am playing MYST five, in the Laki'ahn segment, where you go up an elevator and must find the correct colored buttons in sequence in order to open the exit. Dizzying. There are branching hallways with multiple buttons of the required colors, and walkthrough writers just make it all the more confusing. I have read them all including the UHS, and cannot make sense out of any. They seem to conflict each other. Somebody please??
I assume the buttons must be on a door, not at a junction of which it there seem to be zillions. I am using the sequence red-red-green-blue. (it doesn't have to be reversed, does it, like another clue did?) It probably matters to get the two red ones in the proper sequence, but I have poked at buttons for a couple of hours and have about had it.
