Perhaps he removed the forum; the website itself seems operational.

Mr. Bill has posted in the Hints forum a couple of times this past week - maybe he will see your post and be able to answer your question. You could also write to him via a private message and ask.

MrBill's chat was removed from his website because of Network54's "upgrade" (actually a downgrade)
