i cannot get it to download, i press reinstall game nothing.

What website are you downloading from?
Is it Big Fish or another one?

from the adventure 3 disc, i download a patch, that is it.

Are you downloading something or are you trying to install the game from the discs?

It's confusing to us when you say you are trying to download something when you are actually trying to install something from a CD. So, have you already downloaded the patch or that the download you are having problems with?

If you are trying to install from discs, why do you say reinstall? Is the game already installed? If it is, nothing will happen if you click on reinstall.

I think we need better information from you to know how to help you!

yes rthe patch is download but i get granny2.dll is missing from your computer, try reinstalling the game again.

OK... so you are NOT downloading the game then. You are trying to reinstall the game. If nothing happens when you try to reinstall, they you will have to UNINSTALL the game from your computer. That doesn't mean delete it... you will need to uninstall it completely. Then you can try to install again.
