i keep having to reactivate my games,, does big fish still support them.

Certain Spintop games, like the Mystery P.I. series, were removed from Big Fish's website a few years ago. Fortunately if they are in your Purchase History you can still play them. I don't know if BF would be able to offer support for them or not.
