Hello! I just installed Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt on GOG.com and the screen size is approximately 2 inches smaller all around than the size of my 17" laptop screen. I have really been looking forward to playing this game and do not want to play with the desktop clearly visible and distracting.

I put the two options for HUD on the largest size with no change and frankly, I don't have a clue what else to try.

I have a brand new Asus laptop that is built for gaming and plays Fallout 4 without a hitch, so I think it should be adequate for Witcher.

Any help will be greatly appreciated! GameBoomers has been my GoTo for help for many years now!

At the opening menu, select Graphics and make sure the resolution is set to the native resolution of your monitor/screen.

You can also adjust the HUD size by using the "Rescale HUD" feature in the opening menu as well.

I feel a lot more like I do now, then when I first got here
