Billy Bob:

As long as you stay away from the 2 (or was it 3? I can't remember) linking books that are ALREADY on your bookshelf when you arrive at Relto and focus on the books that come out of the pillars in front, you're playing Ages Beyond Myst, with its own coherent story. As you progress through that game, you WILL find certain articles of clothing, journals and stuff that originally (I mean in the original release) weren't available until the expansion packs were released. It's fine to pick those up right away. There's one point where you can access an area that you couldn't access until To D'ni at first. Through it, you get to an area of D'Ni itself, but it's not part of Ages Beyond Myst. So if you find yourself in an underground city with lots of bridges and fountains and stuff, just say, "Okay, that's there," and go back to Relto for now.

Hope this helps,

WW

I was thinking about when she gets the containment suit.

Of course, being an adventure gamer, I can't stop myself from grabbing anything that's not nailed down. laugh

But I suspect I will be making a lot of trips back to my Relto to change clothes! I finally got there yesterday, by the way - got my girl back into her cute wire-rimmed glasses. I am a bug no more!

Hello, all! Thank you, Jenny100, for responding to my question about the Relto pages, and now I wonder if I'm doing something wrong? I did leave my Relto and came back. My roof page is in my book a very bright green, but I still notice nothing on my Relto roof....?

Darlene, it isn't so much that there is something on your Relto roof--it's just that the roof is fancier. Take a very careful look at the roof and then click on the page in your book, so that it becomes a dull green. It's now turned off, so look and see if you don't notice a difference...

If you ask me, the roof doesn't look like much even when it's "fixed." But it should be thatched when you have the Relto page on.

Since this last post, I have collected other pages, like logs around my house, a waterfall...it's working! Really adds to the feel of things, you know?

Hi Darlene! thumbsup BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately only one tree grows.

After that reset your computer back to the correct year and the tree will stay big.

Also you can take those fireflies from Eder Chemo back to Relto as long as you dont have it raining in Relto.

wink
