The intro to "Heart of Darkness" was great. Unfortunately I got bored with all the arcade stuff in the game itself.

I wish I could remember the name, but I can't. There were several vampire games out 1 or 2 years ago, and one of them had an intro with the wagon carrying the vampire's coffin creaking through the winter forest. The hero, his wife and friend were watching from a vantage point. When they were ready to attack the vampire he nodded at the other guy and the next scene runs through the attack. It seemed so real, and really portrayed the atmosphere of waiting tension.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, YESSSSSS! Dracula, The Last Sanctuary! I had already forgotten about that one! Ooooooooo.... and the creepy funeral dirge music added to it, too!

After all these years it's still the intro to Myst that I remember best. Second would be Discworld 2. smile

I also love the opening of 'Ring', drifting in Space, listening to that magnificent music. thumbsup

Yvonne, that vampire scene was originally in Dracula Resurrection, and came straight from the end of Bram Stoker's famous novel "Dracula"...

Dust had a great opening scene...it set the mood perfectly for what was to follow.
