I am locked or trapped in what appears to be a cockpit. Does anyone know how I get out?

Ingie its really a lot of fun and real cutezy! But its definitely very platform. I am using the mouse and keyboard and it's not that bad however Ive heard its a lot easier with a game pad. I ve bought so many gamepads for my computer throughout the years and never could get used to them, always go back to keyboard. I want to know how many tries it takes you. It took me about 10 tries to get it.

Stuck again. I cant figure out how to swing from pipe to pipe. When I let go I drop down instead of going forward to grap the next pipe.

I just remembered that Psychonauts is on tomorrows agenda.

Hopefully I will have figured it out by then.

I am now on the scavenger hunt and have 16 items to collect to raise my rank. I have been roaming around for 30 minutes and have not found 1 item yet. This game is just too cute. Im having a blast.

I have the Strategy Guide, looked for your pipes, doesn't say much except avoid the torch..like you wouldn't know that part.

Well Ingie, I only found 2 of the scavenger hunt items and finally found my way to the lab where I start more training. I suppose I can go back later to find the items to raise my rank. There are travel ports that let you go back and forth to worlds you have already visited. There are so many things to grab in this game and a lot of the items I just could not figure how to get to them. And I also need to figure out how to deal with large beasts. Punching them does not seem to do any good and its the only defense I have at the moment, that I know of. Well Ill just have to wait for you to catch up tomorrow. I am through for the night so I wont play any more until tomorrow night. Maybe by then you will be close or ahead of me.

It's going to get my full attention, I'm ready for it, been reading a bit more about it..and plan on reading some more now ... too tired to play WoW ..
So, I'll be trying to prepare for battle tomorrow..
can't wait, this game is really cute.

Also, some items, such as Psi cards and scavenger hunt items can not be reached until you learn new spells that will help you get to them.

I am pretty far along in the game so give me a yell if you need some help.

Thanks Kim. You've answered some very important questions. I really need to sit back and read the manual instead of refering to it when I get stuck. I am so hardheaded.
