Hi TLC -- with the new forum software, it's possible to custom-set the number of posts per page that you want displayed -- so that ultimately the page number totals might be different for you than for me.

I thought I was working with the default, but I could be wrong!

I meant the page with the results on it, which for me is Page 13, but for others may be different.

Thanks for all work Becky. The list is interesting but sad. I shall now go drown my gloom in coffee and far too many doughnuts. No one, besides me, seemed to really like either URU or Drowned God.

Just tried again- even tried opening up firefox- cause I usually use IE7 and I get the same error with both. ?

Perhaps someone would copy and pm me the list- so I could read it??

Second day to try. I'm having the same problems.

Just a thought - those that are having problems clicking on the first link of Becky's post: What is your default number of pages to show in a thread page?
Is it the default - 15 posts per thread?

MaG, since the first day Becky posted this topic, I could see her first link.

My default number of pages is 20.

And right now I can't get that link????

Just played with the numbers: at 15, could get the link. Back to 20: no link. Back again to 15: can get the link

That is the problem - the link was to page 13 and if the number of page preference is not the default - the program will have difficulty finding page 13 because page 13 does not exist to those non-default page # preference.

I will edit that first link.

I have my topics per page set to 25. I only had 8 pages in the original thread instead of 13 like Becky said. The link has never worked for me, I always got that database error message.

Thanks Flotsam! I'm a little surprised that 80 Days didn't fair better, but there are many games in the list that I have not played.

Someday I'll have to see what I've been missing.
