Yep, there's an announced sequel in the works. There's no release date yet, but work is (supposedly) already underway.

That's a good thing, too. Otherwise I might've had to....y'know...shoot spitballs at them or something.

Joshua is the Little pain in the Shack that didn't talk Until you brought him a ChalkBoard..
In Runaway 1 he was this Wizard I think that knew about Telepathy...He got Beamed away...Wound up in Runaway2

What a Stupid ending...
I thought Brian was to rescue Gina..

I thought the Ending..Could of been more..Of an ending...I know there is a Sequal..But I felt like nothing really Got done in the game..
Just stupid things...Like filling wine bottles for pirates

I liked when games were long and had endings. I dont like this trend of short games and sequels that you have to wait for for years.

I agree with Darleen it was a crappy ending,I was waiting for him to rescue Gina too.Maybe a way for the company to be sure,everyone will buy the 3rd game!

I just finished Runaway 2 and I'm sure glad to hear theres going to be a sequel. I was ready to do somebody bodily harm when I got to the end and there was no closure.

I agree that Joshua is a problem. Maybe somebody will rub him out in the next game.

I just finished the game about an hour ago. It was just as excellent as the first one for the first 3/4 of gameplay. Then unfortunately it seemed that they ran out of things to do or got tired of programming things to do and just threw in a whole lot of cutscenes. I don't mind the occasional cutscene that lasts a minute or two but man these ones just seemed to go on and on with the diving down, coming up, diving down, coming up...AARGH.

But I will be in line when the next one comes out!
