I started playing games like Zork, Grim Fandango and Shivers years ago. But the Nancy Drew games I agree would be a good way to start playing. My daughter is in college and loves Sims games, but has always loved to play Nancy Drew when she wouldn't give any of my other games a second look. She has played them all, and I have played about half of them. I would try to find point and click first person games first like Nancy Drew to start. Syberia though is pretty easy to work being third person and Broken Sword the third one is too. Be careful, pretty soon you will have to figure out where to put all those games you just "gotta have" !!!!
