Hi smile

My oldie this week is The legend of Kyrandia (yet again grin) one of my absolute favourites.

I must have played this game at least six or seven times now and I can still get lost in those Fireberry Caves lol

Does anyone else regularly re-play their really old games ??

Cheers.

Mad-

I play a lot of the Dungeon Siege games quite alot and then I feel like Syberia, so I play those. Sure wish another one was coming out. I also play Titan Quest quite a bit. I like the new games, but somehow the older ones were just made better.

Take care

I regularly play Tex Murphy's Mean Streets and Martian Memorandum. Recently played Kings Quest series again. First two Monkey Islands are also regulars. I love my old games!

laugh I load up and play DROWNED GOD about once a year. For some reason, it seems to harken back to my youth. (Which was a long time ago!)

If all the people were heroes, there would be no one to watch the parades.

My go-to replays are Sanitarium (so deliciously weird!) and Zork Grand Inquisitor ( It cracks me up everytime!)

I've replayed Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis 6 times. At one point the game branches out into 3 different paths and I've played all 3 paths twice!
Yesterday I finished replaying King's Quest 5: Absence Makes the Heart Go Yonder (on GameTap) and that brought back so many great memories. I didn't remember how easy it was to get killed though! However, the story, the characters, and the scenes make it all work in such a very heart-warming way that it is easy to forget and forgive the hard parts.

To love is to be happy with!

Hi smile

You are mentioning titles close to my heart happydance

My collection of really old games is quite comprehensive because I just LOVED all those early ones - so I always try to keep one of them at least on the go grin

And I find that if I'm stuck on a more modern game, going to my current oldie for a while re-invigorates my brain somehow.

So I HAVE to keep one on the go lol

Well that excuse is as good as any other, don't you think ?? devilchili

Cheers.

Sanitarium, Byzantine, and the Last Express are my favorite replays. I cannot get enough. I also have read Alice in Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass at least once a year for 70 years.

I've played all the Space Quest, Monkey Island and Tex Murphy games several times.

I'm just getting The Legend of Kyrandia in trade.
