It actually is the same in Denmark where we pay about 65 US dollars to 70 US dollars, depending on the exchange rate for Danish Crowns, even if the game in the is selling for a retail price 49.95 US Dollars in the US.
I don't know why teresa was offered only 3 $ CAN? for Anacapri, but maybe it has something to with theage old supply & demand thing. I mean there is enough Anacapri games out there right now, so they can't re-sell it for more than maybe 6-10 USD to make a profit (again) from the game.
Scarcer adventure games like Grim Fandago, or Monkey Island 1 or Gabriel Knight 1 (the original one) or Still life and Post Mortem + Syberia 1-2 will be selling for many US dollars, sometimes for over 100 US dollars.
