DArleen, as I stated to you before, I have never had a completed transaction from the IUTT site so I cannot tell you if they are good or bad. I know nothing about them other than they currently are carrying LOTL. I ordered via ebay from them and have heard nothing since 11/23 except a receipt from Paypal. duh I cannot at this point in time recommend nor criticize them because so far all I am doing is waiting.

I bought it on ebay today. On the paypal transaction details, the seller's customer service email is (I'll leave the beginning of the address out) @iutt.com. So is this seller actually from IUTT.com? think wave

TLC...yes, that is the same ebay seller I ordered from. It was the one recommended by MSStudios. They are one and the same. The price was cheaper on ebay when I bought it than on IUTT site so I went the ebay route.

I bought from the ebay seller also and received a shipping notice; it shipped DHL, and provided me with a tracking number. You might want to check your Paypal account and see if there's any info about shipping there? think

sad I have heard nothing Marian. No shipping notice, no nothing. But that doesn't mean that my favorite internet provider Comcast hasn't decided the email was Spam like they do with everything else. I will keep the faith. lol

Funny you should ask, Jenny. I've never tracked anything with DHL before and have made several failed attempts to get it to "work" on the DHL tracking website and have come up with absolutely zip. This could be attributable to my having chosen the wrong menu choices, but I'm now at a loss. duh

But the seller has great feedback, so I think we should all just assume that the game will indeed materialize.

I asked because I have the same problem. I have tracked with DHL before, but it was for something that shipped from elsewhere in the US. I haven't tracked anything shipping from outside the US before. It may work differently, but I haven't been able to figure it out with the information provided in the email (which seems to have come from Paypal).

Hi smile

The only time I had a DHL international parcel I had to choose "registered item" and be able to enter a dispatch date as well as the tracking number.

Has that changed - or is different, maybe, with a parcel to the USA ??

Cheers.

I emailed them last night using a different email addy of mine and they sent me my tracking #. I was able to track it to the US as of December 2nd so it should be here anyday. happydance

Marian, Use the Single Enguiry selection and then paste your tracking # and don't forget to put the date in by using day, then month. It will then give you the tracking details.

I'm still not seeing it, Ana.
Where do you see Single Enquiry selection?
I go to http://www.dhl-usa.com/home/Home.asp
There is a Track It box that doesn't recognize the number.
Under Track at the top of the page, there is a menu with
Track by Number
Track by Reference
Get Delivery Signature
Track by DHL SameDay
Monitor Shipments with DHL Proview

None of them are what I want.
If I go to DHL Global, I can choose
DHL On-line Tracking
DHL Global Forwarding Tracking
Euro Express Tracknet

But they ask for things like Waybills, Identicodes, and Housebill numbers which I don't have.

Where did you find the place to put in the tracking number and ship date?

Here you go Jenny!

I used the Single Enquiry under registered items.
