What am I supposed to do with the watch that lights at 3, 1, 7, 10 and 5?

Change the time using the minute hand until they're at 3, then 1, and so on. Each time you do it right, the top knob will "click."

Joanie did you try moving the hands of the watch to those times? I don't remember this puzzle but please see what happens if you move the minute hand around and "dial" in those hours.
