...and I loved it! What a fun game. The interface was very easy and worked well, the plot was unique and kept me guessing, and I enjoyed the sarcastic one-liners that were peppered throughout. Especially

the one about the graphic artist in regards to Larisa's ghost. lol

Very nicely done overall!! bravo

Darlene -- you can buy it at Interact. I've also seen it at Gamestop.

Hi, I ordered GITS from Amazon.com on the 30th of Nov. because the first of Dec.'07 came on a Saturday, so my Dec. check came on Nov. 30.--but I haven't been able to play the game as I've been pretty busy, and besides, my mom wrapped it up for me to open on Xmas morning (GITS was one of my Xmas gifts; saved from it's mid-Dec. arrival at our house). Besides, I'm waiting for my nephew to get me a 160 GB harddrive for my laptop before I'll install the game on my laptop, and right now my laptop has a 40 GB harddrive with about half of it full.

I got mine at GameStop. It wasn't on the shelf but when I asked a salesperson, he found it in the back.

Koalanut - it isn't really much of a spoiler but I didn't want to take any chances of ruining things for anyone. smile

KellyStiver - I had the same problem. I bought my copy back in early December but only got around to starting it this week. Hope you find the time soon!

Thank you so much. You don't know how much such words mean to us. And fun is that you've discovered one of easter eggs hidden in the game. There is another - hint:

Hi metamorphium,, I finished the game last an also enjoyed it very much. It's so different from anything I have played.

I wanted to ask you if you notice as score in red at the end, it was in the upper left of the screen, when the end credits where playing? And how many Easter Eggs are in the game?

Hi metamorphium - you and your co-designers certainly deserve the praise. I didn't find the easter egg you mentioned above but I'll probably play the game again with my niece. I'll see if I can find it. smile

I think I remember reading somewhere that this was the first game you've attempted. Hope to see more games by you.

Thank you Celtic Lark!

Although it's true that it's my very first game I've designed which hit the market, I've already done some music to titles you might know (Barrow Hill or title track to Darkfall 2). Currently I finished sound effects design/creation for beautiful game Tale of Hero by Future Games (highly recommended) and we're currently working on a brand new game (we've even expanded our two-men team a bit to push the quality forward).

Ad, easter egg: HUGE SPOILER for those who didn't play the game yet so stay away.

To get it, you shouldn't exorcise Larisa and Niels as the last persons otherwise you never get it.

Is this Metamorphium the same personas the very nice man who helped me on Jan 1st?

My PC told me I needed DirectX8 to play GITS but I knew I had DirectX9. smashpc

I e-mailed jan@ghostinthesheet, got an e-mail straight back giving very simple instuctions on how to send him/her spects of my PC. Got an e-mail back saying my drivers were out of date and a link to up-grade them.
Now that is what I call good customer service. Thank you very much.
bravo

Yes, metamorphium is one of the creators of GITS and the one who helped you. Isn't he nice?

Ah ha! I did exactly what you said not to do, metamorphium, which is why I didn't find that second Easter Egg. Okay, next time I play it, I'll follow your advice.

The Dark Fall series and Barrow Hill are among my favorite games so I've definitely been exposed to your work before, although I didn't know it was your's at the time. I enjoyed the music in both of those games. smile I'll definitely be looking forward to future games from you and your team.
