I'm too impatient to look for multiple endings. Once I'm finished with a game I don't like to play it again so soon. So I pretty much trust the walkthru for the other endings. Maybe when I replayed them I'll get another ending.

Especially Metz O'Magic. Your walk through is exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for.

I would use it only after I finished the game on my own.

But the thing is there are usually multiple walkthroughs for games and multiple endings may or may not be mentioned in any of them.

SO... I guess there are just two alternatives to finding out about multiple endings: 1) Once I finish a game I should go and try to look at all the walkthroughs I can find; or 2) Make a list from all the posts from the wonderful people in this thread.

Anyone think of another alternative?

Yes Becky, there is an entire "cult" of Lighthouse fanatics and they claim at least 17 different endings for Lighthouse.

Me, I was happy to finish the game, lol. I still have flashbacks to the under water maze. And I sat there with 3 w/t trying to solve the game.

17 endings? I remember 4 or 5. Obviously I missed something.

A difficult game with beautiful graphics. One of those you either love or hate, I think.

I LOVE Lighthouse!!!

One of the first games I played and I think I made heavy use of calling the hint-line.

That was all I knew about back then. I'm pretty sure we weren't even ON the internet back then!

BUT NOW... WOW!! 17 endings!!
I'm going to have to JOIN the Lighthouse cult!!

I just found out Ripper has four endings... But I think everybody knew that because I saw it more than one review so it seems to be common knowledge.

BUT... I also found out Scratches has two endings!

And the second one is so hard to get to the developers consider it an Easter Egg!!!

Black Dahlia had 2 endings which one you saw depended on how you played out the final scenario. Phantasmagoria 2: Puzzle of the Flesh also had 2 endings, same case as before which ending you got.

Raj -- I wonder if the second Scratches ending is easier to access in the new Director's Cut edition.

I got to the middle of Black Dahlia, loved it all, but haven't gotten back to it.

And Phantasmagoria 1 and 2 are on my "to play" list.

Has anyone mentioned Deamonica? It had three different endings.

Play the Phntasmagorias with the lights out and headphones Raj for the ultimate gaming experience with those 2 particularly the 1st game. You also must finish Black Dahlia, absolutely wonderful fantastic game.

Faust aka Seven Games of the Soul has 2 possible endings depending on what choice you make at the end. To see them both save the game before making the choice. Then after making the choice you have to exit completely out, rerun the game, and load the saved game.

The first Gabriel Knight has two slightly different endings.
