Hello guys, i am probably gonna buy Aura 2: The Sacred Rings, but before i do so i just want to hear from anyone who has perhaps tried this. I found it on Gamespot and unfortunately it only received 4.5 which is very poor in my opinion. However i don't judge games from reviews, especially from gspot so i would prefer opinions from gamers. Thanks for all the feedback you might provide praise

I wouldn't trust a review of an adventure game from a non-adventure game site. Not unless reviews from adventure sites backed it up. Almost every adventure game that doesn't use a real time 3D game engine gets dissed at sites like Gamespot these days. Here are some reviews on adventure sites written by people who actually know how to play and enjoy adventure games.

Not great, but not terrible either. And certainly better than that Gamespot review.

You can also check Becky's First look at Aura 2.

Personally, I love the game.

I just started this game and I love it so far. Teh graphics are outstanding, the puzzles are just right and the voice work isn't too bad, either. If you like first person adventures, definitely give it a go!

I love this game so much, I would recommend it, but the voices are way out of sync on my computer.

happydance I liked this game so much that as soon as I finished it I ran out and bought AURA: Fate of Ages. They'll both stay on my 'keeper shelf' until they come out with "AURA III"

Aura III ? YES! Sure hope they do another sequel....loved this one so much, just gotta dig up my Aura 1 (I hope I still have it!) and replay it. Questioon - those other 4 destinations/endings, had we visited all 4 of those places in Aura 1? I don't remember all that much about it. It would have been nice to be able to get a glimpse of each of them in 2 when playing each different ending - after the BEST ending and trying the first 2 destinations, but seeing the result for 1 & 2 (and probably 3 & 5) are all the same! Nothing to see, just the same GAME OVER message. Loved this game!
Love, Betty Lou

I said that voices are out of sync on my computer but I noticed that further into the game its not bad anymore. I actually played the game much longer than intended a few days ago.Or we could just say that I woke up very sleepy the next day. lol sleep

I didn't like the first Aura so I was prepared not to like the second one. I was wrong, I really enjoyed the game. I highly recommend it. The puzzles aren't too difficult nor are they so easy that you will breeze through it. And of course the graphics are gorgeous.

I just finished aura 2 and loved every minute of it. I played Aura first and then Sacred rings. The game followed beautifully, and the graphics were gorgeous. Recommend both games. Definately 'keepers'. Heres hoping for Aura 3.
