at deductions at polly's murter site.did 1\2 no problem. but at 2\2 i can get only 2 right on the left side .and i got all the deductions right but only 2 show up on the right side ,the w\t said is the murder right handed ?or pollys killer is strong?did i miss something.? deliterman.

thanks, i have 11 on the left,i have all but (the murderer must have been sitting on the victim )i have 2 on the right done.do you think i need to go back and check her out some more? any thoughts on this ? thanks again. deliterman.

OK, now understand the 11 on the left.

I guess you give the right answer to look around the body once more and the body itself.

Hope you will find that 12th missing square on the left.

Did you complete both parts of the re-enactment, where Holmes & Watson play the parts of killer and victim? There is one run-through for lying down, and another for standing up.

You could try just replaying the re-enactments over to start with (make sure that Holmes confirms both are correctly done), and then check your deductions board again. If that doesn't help, yes, try a replay of the whole scene and that might unstick you.

Thanks the snake no problem. but this is the deal- I have to create a diversion, at the police station,talking to big danny and I need to give her the perfume , but i don't have the perfume puffer to add to the atomizer, i have the atomizerand the valerian . but no puffer....what to do ?i went back to finly's to look around but no luck... deleterman.

deleterman, you will find the puffer at the Finley's boarding house as you say.

Go left of Finley, on the right of the steps. That is where the puffer is at the same place you found the hammer head and the elbow pipe.

Hi, deleterman!

There must be a bug in the game that if you don't collect everything at once from Finley's Boarding House, the items you missed disappear because I had exactly the same problem. When I realized I was missing half of the perfume bottle, I returned to Finley's and went over every inch of the place with a fine-toothed comb but the puffer was nowhere to be found. I ended up restoring a saved game just prior to going to Finley's and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the area.

Hi, deleterman!

I'm glad you were able to move on and hope you had a saved game closer to where you discovered the "disappearing puffer" than I did. Needless to say, I saved often after that point.

Have fun with the rest of the game. It's by far my favorite of all the Sherlock Holmes games I've played.

boy all that stopped. don't like this part at all.any way this is the deal-17 wharfdale rd, in side the house down in the cellar and click on the stretcher but it just moved some and its not on the lift, what do i do now?? do i just go on or what?? send help soon. deliterman.

There's a box on that lift to bring it up.
Use that and see that it is broken. You have to fix it.
