Iceberg Interactive has some great news about the much anticipated horror game Dark Fall: Lost Souls!
The newest horror adventure by Jonathan Boakes, Dark Fall: Lost Souls, is set for a release on the 6th of November 2009 in the UK. The game will be released later in Q4-2009 in the other EU countries.

Was thinking of getting Silent Hill a while back - but declined getting it, and Whoo Hoo - now Lost Souls will fill the bill!

Very appropriate date for such a scary game!

Maybe we should all wait until the 14th to start playing, just to be safe?

I noticed that Interact has the Dark Fall "Pins & Needles" edition -- to find it, click on the Interact banner and search for Dark Fall.

You can pre-order Lost Souls from www.play.com for £17.99 with free delivery to the UK (not sure about international). It also lists the release date as November 6th. Just purchased my copy!

You can also find it, as of now, on the Shadow Tor Studios(Matt Clark)/Darkling Room(Jonathan Boakes) store! 30 pounds! Sadly that means 50 dollors, so I can't afford it yet, but time will tell.

The link on the Darkling room store takes you to Iceberg. The game is selling for $30 (NOT pounds sterling).

The preorder button on the Darkling Room store site leads me to Iceberg here. That does say 29.99 pounds, doesn't it?

Aha! According to my handy online currency converter -- 29.99 Euros = 44.59 U.S. dollars.

EDIT: Since this older thread is still active, I just wanted to note that the new release date is December 4th, 2009.

I read it as euros. The font is ambiguous! I've pre-ordered it elsewhere, so won't try to order to find out.

Sendit.com has this game (not yet in stock) listed for 17.89 GBP with free shipping in the UK. According to my currency converter that works out to $30 plus $4 shipping to me in US.

Boomerang-have never used gameseek either. Have ordered from play.com-£17.99 + free postage. Waiting with bated breath......

I just noticed that if you preorder before November 18th, they will ship for free (note the green font near the top of the game description.

Just to say that I have purchased something from Gameseek and found them excellent. It was a special type game pad for my son which was very difficult to find at the time but they was the one firm that did have it in and they kept me informed of postage tracking etc.

If need be I would definitely purchase from them again.

I'd say to order from Iceberg if you want the game as close to release/on release as possible.

Sometimes retailers ship them out faster then the Publisher. Interact could have them ready to go on the day of release and you'd get it quicker if youb are in the states.

On the positive side about waiting, be glad it isn't being released the day before Thanksgiving! What a quandary that would be!!
