running smooth so far , just hit a snag in the storage room in the gallery , just put the scarf and powder case to gather and hung on the peg, the sun light bounces back to the darkarea in the back of the gallery I go back there but don't see the light switch.. deleterman

well back again,at the dusty chamber-looked at the mantel ledge and clicked the center one with a broom after she said that the napken on the bough was to limp.i looked down and got the shovel , but when i click on the tiles from left to right i get nothing !huh ? do i need to click on the ones on the mantel besides the mid one ? i'm lost on this puzzle. deleterman.

Hi deleterman,
If the napkin on the bough is too loose then you'll need to tighten it with something. Then you'll be able to clean the middle tile. If you don't have anything suitable in your inventory, take a look around the room you're in.

You need to tie something around the napkin to secure it to the bough, so that you have a makeshift cleaning tool. So look for some thread, it's somewhere in the room.

I did that ! I have tried everything but no luck.. went back and redid everything over again still she said after i tied the wet napken with the thread -to slack.send help soon..I'm loosing my grip..deleterman.

If she said too slack then it sounds as though you haven't combined the thread with the napkin & bough. (This according to my great wisdom, grasshopper.)
Maybe go back to a previous save and replay this part.
