Hubby is home with his new wheels. He's a happy camper now. His car was only a year old, but he just couldn't bear the thought of another Chicago winter without 4 wheel drive.

I found out what happened to Merlin when he went down in the field today. He poked a hole the width of a pencil and a half in deep in the skin between his pads. I have bloody footprints all over. Looks like my baby is not going to the park for a bit. Ugh.

Joe, that's a tall order but I think I can handle that. My Merly isn't doing too well. I'll have to have Peter take him to the vet tomorrow during the day. Fortunately, I had pain killers here.
