Hi ramona,

I haven't played this game - did you manage to solve your problem? Hopefully someone will be able to advise us here.

When you are interrogating the doctor the following are the questions matched with the evidence that should be presented:

Could the carbon monoxide come from your pipes? Present warning letter.

Did you tamper with the pipe? Present the print found in the paste.

Did you tamper with the generator, too? Present print found on gas can.

If this isn't where you are in the game, let me know and I will try to help.

Has anyone had problems at the end of Case 2?
When I look at the briefcase, in the interrogation room or looking at Tina's bag, the game freezes. Have restarted five times with the same result.
Can anyone send me a save game for the start of Case 3 please.

I haven't gotten the warning letter. I watched the walkthrough on YouTube and for the life of me, can't figure out what I missed doing in order to trigger the conversation with Brass or get the gas cut off.I found the doctor's print on the gas can. I also put the 2 pills I found on the microscope but it doesn't trigger my prtner coming up with a theory. Any help would be much appreciated. A sense of pride is going to make me do the cases over since I wasnted 100% in all catergories. This is definitely a fun game, I just know it's something small I missed.

Well, now you have me confused! You already have the doctor in for questioning, right? Because the evidence used to bring him in and to trigger the conversation to get the warning letter to fix the pipes is the same: the processed fingerprint in the paste found on the pipe in the boiler room. At this point in the game, you do not need the gas cut off. I guess I just need a better idea of where you are in the game. Are you trying to question the doctor or have you finished and don't know where to go from there?

Ramona,
I got the citation of Manoto after doing the print on the gas can and print on paste in furnace pipe. Use the magnetic brush to get the print off the caulk on the furnace pipe.

Upsydaisy,
I sent you my autosave on end of Chapter 2. See if that will help.

I found the print in the paste of the doctor and his print on the gas can. I have him in the interrogation room but the citation does not show as evidence that I can use to refute him saying he didn't know the pipes needed fixing. I am tempted to just play Case 3 over which may let me start case 4 over. All the evdience I have so far has a check mark. The only thing that jumps out at me when I watched the YouTube walkthrough was that the pills found in the victim and at his home were compared on the microscope. I did that and nothing happened but in the walkthrough the partner gives a theory and then they go to brass and are given the letter.

Ramona,

Do you want my notes for case 4? You can check what is missed. I stopped playing for a bit.

Thanks, got it and still couldn't trigger getting the citation. I finally decided to go to the save I did on Monday my bday, and it was lucky. I think I missed comparing the caulk. Have the citation! Thanks everyone for your help.
