Never thought I would completely give up on a game but I've finally met my match. Mysterious Journey II, you win...I concede defeat.

Such a beautiful game! The puzzles are tough, though.

I really liked the game...BUT..The puzzles were a bit too much...Its no fun when you have to constantly look at a WT...

To me that doesn't make for "Happy Game play"

I always said..If you need a PHD to solve puzzles..Then the game isn't worth the time..

My Opinion happydance

Well, sad to say, I barely made it past the kickoff...I struggled through the revolving walkway puzzle, then wound up in the room with all the pods shooting laser beams in different directions. even with a walkthrough, I just seemed to lose motivation. After reading some reviews, I realized that the entire game was gonna be this way. (sigh). Hated to give it up but life is too short and there's too many games I havent played yet!

I can totally understand you macmac. I gave up on that game too... Never got too far and i think it was my first defeat. I even had played Uru in the past and yes i finished it but that one was something else.... blush

I completely enjoyed Schizm 2 (Mysterious Journey 2) and thought it was one of the must fun games I've ever played. I thought the puzzles were much more my speed than the first Schizm game, which had some exceedingly difficult (I thought) sound puzzles.

Jenny, you have inspired me to retrieve MJ2 from the "abandon hope" pile and transfer it to the "worth another try" pile. A game as big (3 discs) and as intricate as MJ2 must have tons of redeeming virtue. I'm gonna give it another shot! Thanks

Sometimes you just have to be in the right mood to play a game that's strong on puzzles. I hope you find a good time to play. Pick it up again when you're more in the mood.

Some of the places you visit in the game are really beautiful. My favorite was Brada Coe at night, with the glowing flowers.
