Hi MaG...here we go again. In the Office I am
supposed to pick up a Power Cell...on floor left
of desk. I can find nothing, is it hard to find?

No - it's there if you are in the correct time of the game.
First be sure that you know you need a power cell. You should have checked the cabinet below the steps earlier and have seen that there is a power cell missing.

Then you do some things.
You will then use the time key on the wall. This means that you changed time to go to the past or parallel time (depending on interpretation of the game).
Once you used that time key - you only have limited time to move around before the time goes back to real-present time.
So be sure that you take the minimum clicks to get to office, turn to left and pick up the power cell.

do I go for the Office..from key deal? Thanks..

From the key lock on the wall - make a left turn.
See a door. Enter that door.
Now see a door on the left. Enter that door.
See the desk, turn left and see the power cell on the floor.
