Katbear, have you tried taking a screenshot, exiting the game, paste into a paint program, and then zoom in and look for those items?

Kat, is it possible the binoculars beside the suitcase are the "spyglass"?

I agree with L4L, the second choice for those is the chain cover of the chandelier.

Perfume is on the lower shelf of end table on the lower right.

Could the perfume bottle be on the bottom shelf of the table with the clock to the right of the globe?

I wonder if the eye is that blue dot on the tea cup underneath the top hat?

I think it is in the carpet on the upper left of the globe base.

Yeah, I think the spyglass is the upside down gold thingie that's on the top of the chandelier. The eye, I believe is on a teacup on that left table, over by the hat.
