The "elevator" is on the floor by the masks on the wall. Just step onto it and it'll automatically go up.

To get to the second floor go between the book case where you see the masks see the two rails, just step on and up you go. Use bamboo pole to turn off alarm orange button, use pole to get plaque on wall over the door. See the back, shows the figures, you set the inside circle and the outside circle, then press the button on the right side a green light will move over under the next picture. I hope this helps. On left side on puzzle set sept 8, right side 4 ahau,push button left side to move light over under next pic, set left May 20, right 10 chuen, push button to move light over under next pic. left Apr 17, right 3 mulec, push button to move light under last one, set left July 12, right 11men, push button on right side. I just don't get it - tiles with dots and lines.. what do they mean? deleterman.

One books you picked up is a mayan book of numbers. A tile is five and a dot is one, so four dots=4, three tiles (one above another)=15, put two dots above them and you get 17. This is a bit of Mayan glips, I've picked up. Better with Egyptian.
Sorry just figured out the puzzle you meant. Examine the picture from photo album, on the back (ent mode) 77 62 44 26, so top would one tile with two dots above them =7,one tile with two dots above them =7, (thats the way it works.) Hope this helps.

got done with that , now at the garden house ,examined the box and now have to combine the untranlated letter with the Yucatec made easy book ok . I have 2 untranslated letters !! and never seen the Yucatec made easy book.yikes what going on ??? did i miss something ? deleterman.send help soon.

You should have bought the book from Rook at the pawn shop. You have to ask him about the Yucatan language and he will sell you a book for $30.00,I think you should be able to travel from the Garden house to Rooks Pawn shop. I'll go back and give it a try if you want.

Keep talking to him use the letter that you have to have translated, ask about Yucatan. I kept stuttering around until he talked about it. Also look at any books he may have. I Will replay this part later to get you better instructions if this doesn't work.

You need to show the letter to Clint at Coit Tower, as you need the words Yucatan Language to get Rook to talk to you about the book. Did you talk to Louie about the letter so he might send you to Clint. It's the Yucatan Language you need for Rook to sell you the book.

Yes that did the trick-long story ,at malloy's cabin,i have the Translated Yucatan Letter.now about these box's -do i have this right ? combine pieces from witts box with this box..? what is this box? and what are the pieces from witt's box ? a'm i that out of it ? nudge me in the right direction please...deleterman.
