Hi

I paid for one game this evening and it will not download. Other games I want to look at, they will not download. Email will not go through at all. Anyone have any ideas?

Just had computer updated and all, running my Vista 32 bit. I have just tried to download almost all of my games, not one will download. Help please if you can.

I have tried that, have sent several emails and they do not go through at all. I saw BFGuy here on Gb and sent him a private message. It was all I could do. Got one game downloaded from my documents but it is the only way to download. Only icon I have on my desktop is Play More Games.

My sister had a problem with downloading from BigFish and found that it was her antivirus preventing the games to download. She turned it off and was able to download. Of course, she turned it back on again.

Sounds like your computer not BFG. Maybe you have some kind of virus for your e-mail to not even go through. Did you run your virus checker?

Then I would try again, and if that does not work, turn it off like Sherlock suggested.

Hi-

I took my anti virus off for now, but before that I was able to download but only from my documents folder. Not from my big fish icon at all. No, it is not my computer. I am not able to send you message as gameboomers has message on your page when I tried to send it, that you are over your limit for messages. I have tested and have no problem downloading games from Wild Tangent, I do not use them, but wanted to check, ran just the way BF should download.
