The usual reason this sheet can not be moved is because the thermoscanner setting was not done correctly upstairs in the computer. When the 'cavity' is mentioned - then you will be able to move the sheet.

From walkthrough:
Thermoscanner settings - The cam in the cellar has to be adjusted for depth. As shown by the third floor bathroom reflection on the wall, adjust the alpha to 00.20, beta to 00.90, particle to 00.5 (not 00.50) and the density at 00.40. A cavity is detected beyond initial surface are. Manual inspection recommended. Cavity size: unknown. Return to main and then quit (upper right red x).

Have done this twice. The settings are correct and cavity of unknown size has shown. On returning to cellar, have looked closely at can and scanner, but still no luck when I attempt to move corrugated sheets. Have I missed something again? Darkhallow

Please double check:
- Third floor bathroom - Enter the room on the left of Henry VIII. Look around and turn to the vanity table by the door. Click on the left edge of the mirror to move it to reflect a purple lamp. Turn to the left and see a reflected writing on the wall.
- Computer setting is particle to 00.5 (not 00.50) Please note the additional zero.
- If you have done the computer setting correctly, it should state: A cavity is detected beyond initial surface area.

Everything is correct and I have the piston key. However, when I use the goggles after leaving the Darkroom, part of the dialogue is missing. I have'Be that you Will Thomas.Where you been? Why are you looking at me like that?' I respond with 'I am not Will' and 'What evil?' He responds with 'If thou knows best, you better leave this place'. The part which is missing is 'I don't like this place, we should never have come down here...' Sorry about this, but i'm really stuck. Thanks, Darkhallow

As you've no doubt guessed, I'm new to gaming. Have managed to download save game to documents folder, but when I try to open the saves, all I get is a string of code. How do I proceed? Once again,. thanks for your patience, Darkhallow

Hi darkhallow,

Don't try to open any of the files - the game will do that for you. Once you've copied the file across into the folder where all your other saves are, exit out of the folder completely. Start up the game as usual, and load the new save from the in-game load screen. luck

Hi Rushes and MaG, just to say I've finished this great game, but I couldn't have done it without your magnificent help. Very many thanks, Darkhallow
