Hi

It was "Windows Updates" time today and after the updates were installed I received an invitation to "choose an additional browser".

At the moment I have IE8 as my main browser with Firefox on hand "just in case"

But the "Opera" browser looks quite inviting and I wondered if anyone here uses it and would recommend it ??

[I have WinXP Home.]

I've had Avant for years and love it. I haven't had the desire to change.

"Avant" was not included in the browser choices offered, BrownEyedTigre, so I will go look it up on my own

My husband used Opera for a number of months on our older computer and he seemed to like it fine. He never mentioned any problems with it.

I never knew so many browsers even existed as I have found since starting investigations !!
