Thanks for the info, Ana. Is it allowable to use either a free Game Club credit or a regular Game Club credit on Collector's Editions?

Last I heard they are working on it being 3 club credits but until their program can adjust for it, you have to pay separate. You will however get 3 stamps on your punch card towards a free game.

Cappy,

From the FAQ here:
Free credits cannot be applied to the purchase of a Collector's Edition.

Just as well - using 3 credits would actually cost you more money! Better to just earn 3 stamps!

Cheers Ana. We would miss some of these games if you weren't on the ball. 3 games in one day. Do Big Fish know it's my pay-day tomorrow.

I suspected we couldn't use the free game credit for the CE games. I certainly should have checked the FAQs before I posted. All the answers were there. Guess I wasn't awake enough to think of it. Sorry, gang.

There is a release today of an action game also called Youda Fairy but no one here really cares when I post those so I didn't waste the energy. lol

Thank you, Ana smile
Oh my gosh! I already have a backup of games I purchased from the President's Sale and they keep on coming LOL. Treasure Seekers is definitely another "must have", I loved the first two Treasure Seekers (TS: Visions of Gold and TS II: Enchanted Castles).

I did the beta on Youda Fairy and it's a beautiful game, just not for me. I do think there will be others who would enjoy it!

I downloaded this game for the 1 hour trial. It freezes up on the opening screen. Is anyone else having this problem or am I the only lucky one?

I have contacted CS at BFG about it. Waiting for some response from them.

Well, I have played MOST of the trial. I like it alot...but would love to know from others what they think. I need to read again what you "get" with the Collector's Edition to see if there is really a "gotcha" to it. But it is a good game I think, maybe one I have been waiting for to play. I also have others waiting in the wings to play, but mostly I want one that will really hold my attention and I don't want to be saying, "When will this thing be over, I am bored with it now...I want it over".

So anyone else played? Cherie, just saw your freezing issue, and no I didn't have that problem.

Jody

I'm playing and already bought it, it's a good game. "Brainworker" So far no problems with the operation of the game. However Cris53, I don't have a payday tomorrow. I'm an addict! Do they have rehab for gamers where they make you sick of games?

Yep! They force you to play timed sliders until you can't take it any more!

Update.......As usual BFG got this game up and running for me. I apparently was missing a critical file on my Direct X. This Dr. Felix that they use is certainly quick. Why can't a techie in a shop or when he is doing a home call get to a problem that quickly?

As usual the Treasure Seeker series is a good game. Thanks BFG again.

I just installed this game. Took forever, for some reason. It's not bad, but it seems all you have to do is move your mouse around until you get the "hand" cursor and then pick up the object. I think the others, you had to actually look for the object to put it in it's little slot.

Not sure if I will get this one or not. Will wait and see.

I got it; played it; it is short and easy. The "bonus" section is an extra chapter where you play the bad guy. Not worth the money in mho.

So far the main reason I have gotten the CE's is for the extra punches on my card. I am enjoying this game though. The only game I feel was worth the exta $ so far is Dire Grove, and maybe Penny Dreadful Sweeny Todd.

I really enjoyed the last Treasure Seekers game (Enchanted Canvases)and am anxious to get this one. I have a full punch card to spend and hope BF releases the regular game soon. I'm just too frugal to spend the money on the Collector's Edition. wink

Yahoo! I am so ready for this game. Any idea what day this week? It's already Wed. rotfl

Not that I am impatient or anything! thanks

I played the demo and really loved it, but have been too broke to buy any more of the premium editions for awhile at least.

Hi, Marian!

That's great news because I played the demo of the Collector's Edition and have been waiting for the regular version to be released.

I'm not sure why the regular-version game hasn't shown up yet; maybe it will show up as the next TGT? Or maybe Big Fish decided to hold off on releasing it for a few days; we will just have to wait and see. smile

It's a surprise everyday as to what will release. Things are bound to change even when the BF people say it's coming so any updates are pure speculation. I'm sure it won't be long now.

Well, I got the regular edition of this one and the Collector's for Briar Rose. I like encouraging the developers, but I just can't get them all. Briar Rose was more "worth it" to me, if that makes any sense.
