Hello,

I downloaded GOG's Gabriel Knight Sins of the father and everything is perfect.

I now want to download Myst, but there are two Myst games. Can you tell me the difference between Real Myst and Myst Masterpiece Edition?

Thanks

June

Biggest difference as far as I know is that RealMYST is 3D. MYST Masterpiece is a freshened up version of the original MYST.

MrLiipid,

The RealMyst 3D sounds like something I would like. I have been looking forward to getting Myst for quite a while and I think the 3D version will be fun.

Thanks

June

You're welcome.

RealMYST is a great and, until GOG, somewhat rare game.

Making the landscape 3D actually made some of the puzzles fairer because their solutions, once the landscape was 3D, were not concealed by a confusing 2D environment.

Hope you enjoy it!

June, are you also getting Riven and URU from GOG? They have both and so do I.
Love, Betty Lou

Hi Betty Lou,

I am sorry I didn't reply earlier, been gone for a couple of days.

I am planning on getting Riven in the next few days. What do you think of URU? Is it one of the Myst games?

I downloaded GK1 and Myst from GOG and they are great. I am looking forward to getting Riven too, I am also thinking about getting Dark Fall1.

Thanks

June
